The hotel has a central location which made it easy for us to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided free WiFi which helped us stay connected with our loved ones during our stay. Moreover, the hotel had a great view of the city from our room which was a treat for the eyes.

The staff at the hotel denied us a room initially because we were not married, even though we were on an official trip. It was a disappointing experience that made us feel uncomfortable. After half an hour of arguing, we were finally given a room. This incident dampened our spirits and made it difficult for us to relax and enjoy our stay.
